Jayce Gangwer is a proud graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, a minor in Business, and a specialization in Public Relations. She began her professional career as an intern for the Oxford Police Department, working alongside the Public Information Officer before transitioning into Dispatch. In this role, she developed her skills in quick and effective communication under pressure.

Prior to joining the ADP, Jayce served as a Customer Experience Optimization Specialist at C Spire. There she conducted in-depth analytical research to identify opportunities for improvement and developed strategic recommendations to enhance both new and existing customer journeys. Through data analytics and market research, she helped drive informed decision-making and elevate the overall customer experience.

Today, Jayce serves as the Communications and Events Manager for the Area Development Partnership, where she supports the execution of marketing strategies, communications initiatives, public relations efforts, and events management. Her diverse background in public service, analytics, and customer experience equips her with a strategic and thoughtful approach to storytelling and community engagement.

Jayce is originally from Alaska, and loves exploring Hattiesburg and all it has to offer with her husband, Tyler, and their dog, Nanook. In her free time, you can find her volunteering with Hub City Younglife, working out at Mindset Fitness, or at Crosspoint Community Church.
