WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PAPER APPLICATIONS! By filling out the form below and clicking "Submit", your application will be sent to our team. There is no need to print and mail this form! After your application is submitted, a member of our staff will contact you regarding your acceptance, to begin the confirmation process. Booth Information

The booth fee covers the booth space only. Vendors are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs, etc.

How many booth spaces ( 10' x 15) will you need?(Required)

If you are selling from a truck or trailer, please space required and select the correct number of booths to accommodate your truck or trailer. Your measurement for your trailer should include the trailer tongue & hitch! Example: If your trailer is 16 ft long, you will need to purchase 2 BOOTHS!

Electricity Needs(Required)

Electricity is only available to food vendors and vendors who require power for product demonstration. Electricity is NOT available for vendors to run cash registers, fans, phone chargers, etc.

Power Needs

Please list ALL items below that you will be powering. The more specific you are, the easier set up will be day-of. We are extremely limited on electricity for craft and business vendors. Our electrician has to know all items to be plugged in so that we can ensure that we are adequately prepared on the day of the event. We cannot waste time and electricity to power vendors who are trying to plug up their phone, fan, etc. Electricity must be essential for product demonstration.

All selected vendors will receive notification of their acceptance via email with instructions to make payment and complete the application process. By checking the boxes below, you agree that you have thoroughly read and understand the HUBFEST 2025 Policies, Rules & Regulations and agree to the terms of the HUBFEST 2025 Craft & Business Vendor Agreement and Release of Liability. These forms contain all rules, policies, regulations, and information about the festival, including information about refunds, electricity, and detailed rules of the festival.
